By placing an order with IntoMars.com, you have read and agree to IntoMars.com's Returns Policy. All items that are purchased from our website are eligible to be returned within 30 days of us receiving your payment, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
- You have obtained an approved RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) for the items you are wanting to return either by contacting customer service directly or by logging into My Account and initiating the return.
- All items being returned should be in new condition with the original packaging, accessories, and manuals which were included with the product at the time of purchase.
- All items being returned should have a readable and valid serial number. This number may not be altered or damaged in any way.
- All items and packaging should not exhibit physical damage (through misuse, abuse or neglect) either internally or externally.
- All items being returned that contain flammable liquids or gases, or that have contents which are under pressure are non-returnable for safety reasons. It is recommended that you contact the manufacturer directly for servicing, repairs, and returns.
- The quantity of each item being returned does not exceed five units of any same product. This means that if you purchase six units of the same product, you will only be able to send back five units for replacement or refund.
- All items being returned do not consist of any of the following: gift cards, game cards, phone cards, & grocery related products.
Eligibility & Approval
To be eligible to return products, you must submit a return request which will then need to be approved by Customer Service. You can submit a return request either by contacting customer service directly or by logging into the My Account area and initiating a return request in the "Order History" section. If from the time you paid for your products, the duration has exceeded thirty days, you will no longer be eligible to receive an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number.)
All items being returned (regardless of the reason for the return) may be charged a non-refundable 15% restocking fee. This policy prevents abusive behavior and allows us to continue keeping our prices low.
You are responsible for paying the return-shipping costs. We do not reimburse these expenses unless otherwise stated. It is required that you return your item using a trackable shipping method with insurance included.
Customers who do not follow these guidelines when returning products should assume all responsibility for lost shipments. We will not be able to exchange or refund your item if the shipping carrier loses your package and you are unable to provide valid tracking and insurance information.
All refunds will be credited to you in the original form of payment. Once we recieve your return, this process will usually take 3-5 business days to complete. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to notify you that a refund has been issued.
