How do I return something?
We try to make the return process as easy as possible for customers. If you already have an account, the first step is to log in and pull up the order info in the Order History section. Then click the "Need to return an item?" link located at the top of the page. After the page loads, you will be guided through the rest of the process. If you do not already have an account, you can still request to return something by contacting Customer Service. Please be sure to include your order number, full name, and shipping address in your message. From there, we'll be able to submit a return request for you which you can track via e-mail.
